Baby Lulu Inspiration

I love a good deal and daily check out several deal-a-day/hour/week websites. Today on Hautelook they had Baby Lulu! I love Baby Lulu clothes especially on sale, well always when they're on sale. I may have made a few purchases, but more than anything I was very inspired by these pants...

     I love the way Baby Lulu always mixes different patterns and colors, but somehow it all still "goes." The thing I liked the most about these pants was the angle of the bottom hem. The pockets resemble the ones that go on the Puppet Show Shorts by Oliver+S. I may have to make my baby Lulu some britches with a similarly angled hem and cute patterned pockets.

Pillowcase Dresses

So, I still haven't finished the bean bags, but I have lots of other projects going! The most recent thing I made for Lucy was a pillowcase dress. I used white swiss dot fabric that I've had for awhile, some fun ribbon I picked up the other day at Hobby Lobby, and ecru embroidery thread for the monogram. 

Holly & Hunter Jumpers

Jumpers are easy to make and perfect for summer. I got the "Holly & Hunter" Jumper Pattern from Bonnie Blue and can whip a few out in an afternoon. I've made both of these reversible!
